Can I receive an exchange or refund?
If you want to exchange or return a purchased product, we recommend you take into account the following:
- The products that you wish to exchange or refund from your order must be within the deadline of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order.
- The products to be exchanged or returned must be in perfect condition, must have their original box and must not have been used.
How is an exchange or refund processed?
To request an exchange or refund, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, your full name, a photo of the product you want to exchange or return, and tell us the reason for the exchange or return. Once we receive your message, we will assess your case and respond to your request as soon as possible.
In the event that the product you wish to exchange or return has a defect caused by misuse and has been assessed by DOPRAYA, an exchange or return cannot be processed.
