Although all of our jewellery has been treated delicately and is made from top quality materials, they will lose their shine if they are not properly cared for, cleaned and kept after. Here are some tips for caring for your DOPRAYA jewellery:

• Brightness loss is a natural process that can be recovered by a special wash of your jewellery.

• We recommend taking off your jewellery before going to sleep, showering or doing any physical activity.

• If your jewellery comes into contact with certain chemicals or environments, it may compromise the integrity of it. This includes: perspiration, perfumes, cleaning products, chlorine, salt water, silver polishes, etc.

Return within 30 days

You have the option to return or exchange any product purchased within 30 days of receipt.

Delivery to all parts of the world

DOPRAYA offers several fast and secure delivery alternatives to all parts of the world. The shipping times and costs will depend on the shipping service selected by the customer and the country of destination.

• Shipments to Spain and Andorra (between 1 - 4 working days).

• Shipments to Europe (between 3 - 5 working days).

• Shipments to the rest of the world (14 working days).
